Registering and claiming your business listings is entirely free of charge, regardless of your membership status with the Pontiac Chamber of Commerce.
While registration is free, becoming a member of the Chamber of Commerce offers additional benefits and resources to support your business growth and success, including additional features for your business listing.

STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE
Step 1: Complete this form
Begin the registration process by filling out the form on this page. This form will be used to create a user account on our website, allowing you to log in and manage your business listing. Provide all the necessary details about yourself and your business to help us verify your identity and business information.
Step 2: VALIDATE YOUR EMAIL
After submitting the form, we manually validate your account. Check your inbox for a message from us within a few days and follow the instructions on how to login to your new account.
Step 3: CLAIM OR REGISTER
- If you are claiming an existing listing: Once your email is validated, the listing will be attached to your account. You will then have access to manage and update the information related to this business.
- If you are adding a new business: You will be prompted to add details about any businesses you manage. Enter the required information for each business you wish to register.
Step 4: REVIEW PROCESS
All business submissions will undergo a review process to ensure the accuracy and authenticity of the information provided. This step is crucial for maintaining a reliable and trustworthy directory.
Step 5: CONFIRMATION AND MANAGEMENT
Once your submission is approved, you will receive a confirmation email. You can then log in to the portal and manage your business listings, update information, and take advantage of the various resources and tools available to our registered businesses.
