Award winners of the Pontiac Business Awards are businesses or individuals that have demonstrated a significant and sustained commitment to positive business development, economic growth and diversity within our community.

Many of our businesses achieve levels of success that garners recognition from their peers. The Pontiac Chamber of Commerce Business Awards recognizes businesses and individuals for their special achievements and/or contributions to the community.

Special Notice Concerning Membership

Dear Members,

Considering the prevailing health and economic crisis, the Pontiac Chamber Board Members recognize the varying levels of stress it is placing upon our membership.

As such, the Chamber Board has made the decision to waive its membership fee for the year 2020. Any members who have paid the said fee already shall be reimbursed.

All members from the 2019 roll shall still be considered members in good standing for the year 2020.

If a local Pontiac business would like to join the Chamber for the 2020-2021 membership year, the fees for a Level 1 membership will also be waived. Please see the "Become a Member" page for an application form.

Looking for entrepreneurs

The SADC Pontiac in partnership with the Carrefour Jeunesse Emploi is looking for entrepreneurs interested in speaking to youth about entrepreneurship. There are options of breakfast meetings, speaking to school classes and business visits.

Connecting SMEs – Support for creating online store

Free coaching to create an online store. Thanks to a grant that our non-profit organization (NPO) Connecting SMEs received, we can assist entrepreneurs throughout Quebec to create an online store for your business. The project is related to free training to create an online store for Small & Medium Entreprises (SMEs). Our grant will provide 9 hours of training for entrepreneurs trainees specifically for the platform. The subsidy is provided only until the end of August.
