Special Notice Concerning Membership
Dear Members,
Considering the prevailing health and economic crisis, the Pontiac Chamber Board Members recognize the varying levels of stress it is placing upon our membership.
As such, the Chamber Board has made the decision to waive its membership fee for the year 2020. Any members who have paid the said fee already shall be reimbursed.
All members from the 2019 roll shall still be considered members in good standing for the year 2020.
If a local Pontiac business would like to join the Chamber for the 2020-2021 membership year, the fees for a Level 1 membership will also be waived. Please see the "Become a Member" page for an application form.
Looking for entrepreneurs
The SADC Pontiac in partnership with the Carrefour Jeunesse Emploi is looking for entrepreneurs interested in speaking to youth about entrepreneurship. There are options of breakfast meetings, speaking to school classes and business visits.

Farm Management Canada would like to announce the launch of the National Farm Business Management Resource Centre now available at www.takeanewapproach.ca.
“The National Farm Business Management Resource Centre will provide farmers across Canada with access to tools and learning opportunities to support farm business skills development all in one place,” says Heather Watson, Executive Director of Farm Management Canada.
From business planning tools to workshops and webinars, the website will host farm business management resources in a variety of formats to meet the learning preference and practices of Canada’s farmers.
Planning for success may seem daunting, but it can be as easy as starting here, with a commitment to learning more, and finding the tools that can help you start, grow or transition your farm business.
